These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nikahagain.com (the "Service"), operated by DeenzMax LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Nikah Again ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, submitting your details, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to marry under the laws that apply to you. The Service is intended for adults seeking marriage in a respectful and serious manner. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the Service in good faith for this purpose.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login details secure. You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or maintain more than one account without our permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, or deceive other members.
  • Solicit money, donations, investments, or financial information from other members, or engage in any form of scam or fraudulent activity.
  • Post content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than seeking a genuine marriage partner, including commercial solicitation, advertising, or data harvesting.
  • Attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the Service, or bypass security or verification measures.

We may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any account that breaches these Terms, at our sole discretion and without refund.

4. Verification

To help maintain a safer community, we may verify members through photo checks, phone verification, WhatsApp verification, or other methods we choose to implement. Verification helps reduce fake profiles but is not a guarantee of a member's identity, intentions, honesty, marital status, or character.

We do not routinely conduct criminal background checks, financial checks, identity investigations, or marital status verification. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any relationship, engagement, or marriage arrangement.

5. Member Interactions and Safety

We provide a platform that allows members to connect with one another. We do not introduce, vet, endorse, recommend, or vouch for any member. We are not a party to any communication, relationship, agreement, engagement, marriage, or other arrangement between members.

You should exercise caution when sharing personal information and when meeting other members. Any interactions, whether online or offline, are solely between the users involved. We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, statements, or behaviour of any member.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices, billing terms, and plan details are displayed at the point of purchase.

Payments are processed by Stripe or our authorised payment providers. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You remain responsible for cancelling recurring payments through the payment method or process provided at checkout.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of the content, photographs, and information you upload. However, by submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and promoting the Service.

You confirm that you have the legal right to upload any content you provide and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nikah Again name, logo, website design, software, content, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through the procedures provided on the website.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create risk for other users, or where required by law.

11. International Use

The Service is accessible worldwide. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service complies with all laws, regulations, and requirements applicable in their country or jurisdiction.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

  • You will find a suitable match or marriage partner.
  • Any profile or information provided by a member is accurate, complete, or truthful.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • The Service will meet your expectations or requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DeenzMax LLC, Nikah Again, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for the conduct of members, the accuracy of information provided by users, or the outcome of any relationship, engagement, marriage, or arrangement resulting from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
