This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and services purchased through NikahAgain.com ("Service"), operated by Nikah Again.

1. Subscription Services

Nikah Again offers paid membership plans that provide access to premium features. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period, and access to premium features is granted immediately upon successful payment.

2. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to premium features, all payments are generally final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that access to the paid service begins immediately after payment is completed.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's subscription management page.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the subscription period already paid for.

4. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Charges for renewed subscription periods are generally non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payments or duplicate charges.
  • Billing errors caused by our systems.
  • Technical issues that prevented access to paid features for a significant period of time.
  • Any circumstance where applicable law requires a refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
