How do I talk to someone I like?

Connecting on Nikah Again happens in three steps:

  1. Show interest. Open their profile and tap Show Interest.
  2. Wait for them to accept. You'll be notified if they do.
  3. Request their WhatsApp or Instagram. Once your interest is accepted, the request buttons unlock. When they share their details, you can message them directly on WhatsApp or Instagram.

We keep conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram so you talk on platforms you already trust, in private.

Is there a chat or messaging feature on the site?

Not yet. For now, you connect by exchanging WhatsApp or Instagram after an accepted interest, then talk there directly. In-app messaging is something we may add in the future.

Why is the "Request WhatsApp" (or Instagram) button greyed out?

Those buttons stay locked until you and the other member are connected. Tap Show Interest first — once they accept, the buttons become active and you can request their contact details.

I got a message saying "this member cannot receive this type of request." What does that mean?

This is on the other member's side, not yours — some members aren't able to receive certain requests right now. It isn't something you did wrong. You're free to connect with other members as usual.

Membership & payment

What's free, and what needs a paid membership?

Creating a profile, browsing members, and showing interest are free. Sending WhatsApp, Instagram, and photo requests — and seeing another member's shared contact details — require an active paid membership. This keeps the community serious and reduces spam.

Is there a mobile app? Can I get it on the Play Store or App Store?

There's no separate app to download. Nikah Again works right in your phone's browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app:

  • Android (Chrome): open the menu (⋮) and tap Add to Home screen.
  • iPhone (Safari): tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen.

Photos & privacy

Can I blur my profile photo?

Yes — every member can blur their photo, free or paid.

What are my blur options?

  • Blur from non-members. Members who haven't upgraded see your main photo blurred; paid members see it clearly. You always see your own photo clearly. (Available to all members.)
  • Blur from everyone. Everyone sees your photo blurred, and it's revealed only when you approve a photo request. (Available on paid plans.)

Can I always see my own photo?

Yes — you always see your own photo clearly, whatever you set.

Someone asked to see my blurred photo — how does that work?

If you've chosen "blur from everyone," another member can request to see it. It stays blurred to them until you approve the photo request.

Billing, cancellation & your account

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime yourself:

  1. Tap Manage Billing (top of the page when you're logged in).
  2. In the billing portal, choose to cancel your subscription.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How do I remove my card?

Your saved card is managed in the same place — tap Manage Billing and update your payment details in the billing portal.

Can I get a refund?

Because paid features are unlocked immediately, payments are generally final and non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges, and you'll keep access until your paid period ends.

We may make exceptions at our discretion — for example, duplicate charges, billing errors on our side, or a technical problem that blocked access for a significant time. If you think that applies to you, email info@nikahagain.com with the subject "Refund Request", including your account email, date of purchase, and a short description. How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account yourself from My account. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal information from Nikah Again. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first via Manage Billing so you aren't charged again.
